UU Cosmetics quotes 3 to 7 working days of warehouse processing plus 10 to 15 working days of shipping. Added together that is 13 to 22 working days, and working days exclude weekends. In calendar terms you are waiting somewhere between three and four and a half weeks. Nothing dispatches during Chinese public holidays either, so an order placed just before Spring Festival or National Day can sit longer again.
The returns window is far shorter than the delivery window
Customers in the US get 3 business days from delivery to report a problem, by email, with the order number and photographs. Set against a three week wait, that is tight. Open and inspect everything the day it lands rather than when you next have a free afternoon, because the clock starts at delivery and not at the moment you get round to opening the box.
Colour is the usual complaint
Their own policy notes that shades can look different in person because of monitor resolution and colour settings, and that receiving the wrong colour or item is resolved with store credit rather than money back. Items that arrive in good condition cannot be exchanged at all. For cosmetics, where shade is most of the purchase decision, that is worth knowing before you commit.
Minimum order quantities change what cheap means
Most listings carry a minimum order quantity, and the unit price falls as the quantity rises. A striking per-unit price often assumes a commitment of dozens or hundreds of pieces rather than one. Custom logo work, custom packaging and full graphic customisation each carry their own separate minimums, set per product rather than site-wide.
Order a sample before a pallet
The single most useful habit with any supplier working on this model is to buy one small run first, check the shade and finish in your own lighting, and only then scale up. Their listed payment options are PayPal, T/T, Western Union and bank transfer. On a first order with a new supplier, a method that carries buyer protection is worth preferring over one that does not.
